麻豆果冻传媒 ISD is thrilled to announce our official acceptance into the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) through the Texas Education Agency. TIA was created by the Texas Legislature to provide a pathway for top-performing teachers to earn higher salaries and help districts attract and retain highly effective teachers.

PPfT Compensation: 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD teacher compensation is unique in that we have developed a local Talent Strategy system that includes compensation, which differentiates teacher pay based on overall effectiveness rating, the campus a teacher works on, and any optional professional growth opportunities a teacher chooses to participate in.
